Heath Aland is a Founder and the Managing Director of Coastal Fire Services. Heath is an Accredited Fire Safety Practitioner and has over 24 years of experience as a Senior Firefighter with Fire + Rescue NSW which fosters his passion for fire safety compliance.

Heath is a Carpenter by trade and a qualified Helicopter Rescue Crewman having spent eight years of his career working in this capacity. He enjoys serving his local community and is passionate about protecting lives and property.

As a Director and Financial Controller at Coastal Fire Services, Matthew Hunt has an extensive background in accounting, having worked in roles such as Accountant and Business Advisor for over a decade.

Matthew’s commitment goes beyond the scope of financial expertise, with a genuine passion for empowering small businesses to thrive. He is also committed to actively supporting our local community through his involvement personally and professionally.

Adrian Sutherland is a Director and General Manager (Commercial) with Coastal Fire Services. He is a career Firefighter with Fire + Rescue NSW as Station Commander, with over 30 years of experience in firefighting.

Adrian is an Accredited Fire Safety Practitioner and has a thorough understanding of the multifaceted aspects of fire safety. He is committed to implementing measures to mitigate risks and believes in the importance of preparedness and proactive risk management.

Craig Pennings is a Founder and Director of Coastal Fire Services, working as a licenced Electrician in our team. Having started his career as an Electrician, Craig has also worked as a Firefighter for 32 years with Fire + Rescue NSW, specialising in Ladder Platform operation.

Craig enjoys the challenge that comes with finding tailored smoke alarm solutions for unique spaces. His patience makes him the perfect mentor for the team, with a range of industry knowledge and wisdom to pass on.

Raegan Jackson is the Operations Manager at Coastal Fire Services, managing accounts and reporting. She is a true Newcastle local who knows the community like the back of her hand. Having previously owned her own courier business, as well as previously working as a legal secretary, Raegan has the experience and knowledge to ensure that Coastal Fire Services runs smoothly.

As Coastal Fire Services’ Commercial Administrator, Rebecca Prince is dedicated to ensuring our clients receive excellent care. With over 30 years of experience in Local Government Major Event delivery and a more recent background as a Customer Service Centre Team Leader, Bec brings invaluable expertise to our team. Her skills foster clear communication, enhancing our clients’ experience with us.

Graeme Creegan is the Team Leader of Commercial Services, bringing a wealth of experience to our team.  Originally from Scotland, Graeme has dedicated 11 years to the fire industry in NSW, contributing valuable insights and expertise to our operations, and overseeing all of our technicians.

He has over 30 years of experience in the fire industry, having worked across installs and commissioning complete integrated fire systems in hospitals, multi-story buildings and mines.
